If you want to send fan stuff to Bjork, the best way to go is One Little Indian records. You can look their mailing address up on their website.

A little warning though: She doesn't read fan mail. So, don't expect any response unless it's from her office instead of her. But I'm sure they'd love your painting and poem. Who knows, they might even bring it to Bjork's attention. You never can tell :)

Oh, Bjork also has a myspace.com profile. You'll have to become a member of www.myspace.com itself if you want to do anything with it. Even then, she'd have to answer your request for you to be on her friends list. But once you pass these steps, you'll be firmly entrenched in her inner circle on the site.

And it's better to not use the phone. It's too upfront and Bjork values her privacy.
