has anyone seen the skateboard video chocolate? björk composed a crazy song "synchronicity"and spike jonze did the video for it. it is absolutely amazing. if you know any skaters ask them for that video just for that song...as a matter of fact, just buy the video. it's worth it, even if it is just for that one video.
also at the end there is a bonus scene where the boys in the video are describing their experience back stage with her at her show where she was jumping around going nuts with them.
like a dream!

YYYYAAAAAAAAAAAYYYYYYYYY!!!!!!!!!
Deanna, thank you soooooo much for posting the link!!!!!
isn't it the cutest thing!! it is sooooo simple and adorable!
my huz skates and we have the dvd...it is worth buying it even if you don't skate.
i was getting worried that nobody knew of it...
thanks again deanna, it is a great song, and spike jonze did an incredible job with it (as did the chocolate team who inspired it). the song, to me, is reminiscent of her "dancer in the dark" stuff.
don't waste time reading this...watch it!

Yeah, it's great! If you like that, you should check out "The work of Director Michael Gondry". My roomate, who skates, got a compilation for x-mas. It has Joga, Bachelorette, Hyperballad (my favorite), Army of Me, Isabel, Human Behavior and lot of other great artist, like Massive Attack (protection-- another favorite). He's super corky, creative and clever! I found it online in a couple of spots.
FYI Spike Jonze also did the infamous "It's oh so quiet" video. Love it all. These guys have some great jobs making videos for some of the best music ever made.
Thanks for sharing!!

yes! i actually saw "the work of director michael gondry" once...didn't he have a CRAZY scene where he told his son to stick his head in a tom-tom from his drum set? then michael gondry played a really cool beat, and whenever he hit the tom-tom with his sons head in it, his son was supposed to say, "ow" or something like that.
it was sooooo funny and witty! the child's voice added an organic component to the beat.
